Archiarchy is 'next culture', the culture naturally emerging now that matriarchy and patriarchy have run their course.
The cultural transition this time, however, will be radically faster than others. Immediate and core changes are being forced on us by climate chaos, ecological destruction, extinction of species, toxic wastes, overpopulation, hierarchical power structures being hijacked by sociopathic personalities, atmospheric methane, economic 'shell games', etc.
Trying to stay asleep to these changes does not make the horrors go away. It just makes you impotent.
The context of Archiarchy is as different from patriarchy as patriarchy is from matriarchy. Each person brave enough to care about this carries a piece of the puzzle in them for how to build next culture. There is a lot to learn.
The Edgeworkers and Riftwalkers are the forerunners. Then come the Gameworld Builders and Bridges. Then the Earth Guardians, Village Weavers, and Evolutionaries can occupy new culture space.

WHAT IS A MAGE?
'Mage' is a next-culture term referring to a person of agency in the fields of initiation, healing, and transformation for individuals, couples, and gameworlds. The Mage is an evolutionary agent serving the village.
As Robert A. Heinlein said: "One woman's magic is another woman's engineering."
As Arthur C. Clark said: "Any sufficiently high technology is indistinguishable from magic."
Modern culture provides you with Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware (S.H.I.T.).
Mages use Archiarchal distinctions, tools, thoughtware, and processes of sufficiently high technology that they are indistinguishable from magic.
Implementing different thoughtware creates different results.

THE CONTEXT OF ARCHIARCHY
Once you can personally generate the culture of Archiarchy you can carry it with you wherever you go. You never have to leave it. This is what Mages do.

If that culture does not already exist, then it is your birthright to create that culture, and your joy to share it with others.

The terms 'initiatory process' and 'training' as used in Archiarchy mean something entirely different from what you might think of as a 'class' or a 'seminar'.
In a modern culture class or workshop you learn something new. Authentic adulthood initiations and transformational trainings from next culture occur in extraordinary spaces where you become something new.
Such radical change by definition includes 5 Body Liquid States which you must be psychologically and emotionally mature enough to engage.

CONDITIONS SUITED TO MAGEWORK
Certain conditions manifesting in projects or organizations indicate internal imbalances, crystallization, or gameworld failure. , for example:
- Lacking inspiration or aliveness.
- Seeing Deceptions, Expectations, Projections, Resentments, Revenge, Power Struggles, Hopelessness.
- Resolving breakdown in communications.
- Conflicting Purposes in your gameworld.
- Having a Mixed Context in your gameworld.
- Escaping from Low Drama Gremlin feeding.
- Desiring to shift from top-down command-and-control 'leadership' to spaceholding toruses within toruses.
- Desiring to move the Point Of Origin of your gameworld out of modern culture frameworks and into into next culture to become functional in Archiarchy.

STANDARD MODERN CULTURE METHODS
Modern culture methods for approaching such issues would include:
- Call in a business consultant to fabricate a 'vision' and a 'mission'.
- Call in a motivational speaker to try to inspire management and sometimes also the employees.
- Call in a specialist to 'reorganize' or 'downsize' one or more departments to create a leaner, meaner, and more 'agile organization'.
- Call in a consultant to further outsource production and 'externalize costs' to give better 'ROI' for the 'investors'.
- Call in an IT specialist in an attempt to automate and reduce human overhead costs.

NEXT-CULTURE MAGEWORK METHODS
Next culture - Archiarchy - starts from entirely different context, values, distinctions, and aims as modern culture's capitalist patriarchal empire. The power of applying consciousness to unconscious conditions is transformational. Anything less than transformation leaves you with the same thing you started with but painted green.
For example, using a hierarchical power structure in your gameworld is a design error, because those most willing to do whatever it takes to climb the power structure are the ones who take the top positions. Those best suited to do whatever it takes to get power are psychopathic and sociopathic personalities. This is why, from Boy Scouts to the United Nations, hierarchical organizations around the world have been hijacked by the psychopathic agenda. The moment you figure this out yourself, you can free yourself from hierarchical gameworlds by building and inhabiting new gameworlds that make the existing gameworlds irrelevant.If your project or organization wishes to shift their organigram from hierarchy to Torus, calling in a Mage is indicated. In next cultures - Archiarchal cultures - the specialist is called in (the specialist could be Mage but it could also be Possibilitator, Earth Guardian, Village Weaver, Evolutionary, Gameworld Builder, Edgeworker, Riftwalker, Possibility Coach, Possibility Mediator, Possibility Psychologist, Memetic Engineer, Rage Club Spaceholder, Fear Club Spaceholder, Feelings Practitioner, Trainer, and any of a thousand other specialties that have yet to be ignited...). The Mage - or whoever it is - is called in. Their job is to empower the Client to do the work on themselves, as a guided self surgery, to the degree that the Mage eventually replaces herself or himself. The Client then steps into their own next culture specialty, and empowers their own Clients to unleash their knacks and gifts in service to the village.
The point is not to make the Mage indispensable. The Mage's objective is to bring more competence into the world.
The Mage represents the kind of treasure that grows by giving it away.
The Mage succeeds when more people wake up to their own capabilities and use them to empower others.
ECONOMICS
Magework functions in an economics that is beyond the grip of modern culture currencies, including 'local currencies' and anything using blockchains.
When the medium of exchange itself is perceived as having value, the economy turns to gambling. Someone making more 'money' is not creating more value, only more of the illusion of value.
Using the thoughtware 'I need money to live' and focusing on obtaining more money are Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware, precisely the thoughtware that turns the user into an economic slave.
At the same time, a Mage works within a buffer zone that has an interface function which can from time to time handle financial compensation for services rendered. In those instances the Magework goes for 1000€ to 5000€ per day.
